Adam Giardino currently is a play-by-play voice for the University of Connecticut baseball team on Learfield. The program wrapped up its 2024 campaign in the Super Regionals, making baseball’s Sweet 16 for the second time in three years — and Giardino was along for every step of the Huskies postseason run. Prior to joining UConn, he spent three years as the Broadcast and Media Relations Manager for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (Triple-A, New York Yankees), with 10 seasons of experience working in Minor League Baseball. Before joining the RailRiders for the 2018 and 2019 seasons, he spent the previous five years as the Director of Broadcasting with the Trenton Thunder (Double-A, New York Yankees). Giardino also spent time earlier in his career with the Lakewood BlueClaws (Single-A, Philadelphia Phillies) in 2012 and Pawtucket Red Sox (Triple-A, Boston Red Sox) in 2010 & 2011.
